• Should be able to develop and write test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge in eLearning would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to interact with customers to gather requirements in the early stage of projects with the project managers.
• Should be able to assist Project Managers/Solutions Architect in estimations during the pre-sales stage.

Skills Required :

• Completeresponsibility of the smooth working of the concerned project.
• Keep anoverall watch on the working of all the technical / non-technical staff andgetting the maximum output from the team.
• Attend programmeetings, conference meetings, seminars or any meetings.
• Prepare barcharts; schedules of the project prepare building wise schedules for quantitiesand material.
• Co-ordinatebetween all the agencies involved in achieving continuous progress at work.
• Submit thedaily reports of the site to the Head Office and report the progress of work.
• Maintain speedof the project, as outlined by the management, without compromising on qualityat any stage.
• Check anydamaged/rejected work and rectify with the concern department.
• Always Preparethe initial planning, costing, and programming and set up of any constructionactivities to be carried out at the site.
• Co-ordinatewith the Architect and other consultants for initial planning of projects andduring construction of the same.
